My approach is natural, cinematic and deeply rooted in storytelling. Rather than asking you to spend your session posing for the camera, I want you to experience it – to move, laugh, connect and simply be together.

My greatest muse is sunlight.

With a background in film, cinematography and documentary storytelling, I approach photography with an instinct for light, movement and narrative.

I'm Sarina
Photographer. Storyteller. Observer of people and light.
With more than 17 years of experience across photography, film, television and visual storytelling, I bring a cinematic eye and a documentary sensibility to every shoot.
My background includes working as a photographer, Director of Photography and camera operator, as well as photographing for magazines and publications and creating imagery that has appeared on book covers.
I spent ten years surrounded by the vast landscapes and extraordinary light of the Karoo before moving to Jeffreys Bay in 2024.
Today, the coast has become my backdrop – but I’m still drawn to the same things I’ve always looked for through a camera: beautiful light, honest moments and stories worth remembering.
